Mindme is a personal alarm service for
older or disabled people & lone workers

Outside, inside, in the country, in a town, at home or on the move, anyone can use a Mindme personal alarm to call for help. It’s an essential item for older or disabled people or for people who work alone because any of them may need help at any time, anywhere.

The Mindme alarm is small; it’s no bigger than a credit card and no thicker than a box of matches which means it can be kept discreetly in a pocket, be worn around the neck on a lanyard or clipped to a belt.

By releasing the toggle or pressing the SOS button you contact our Emergency Response Centre. Your name and current location will be flashed up on the Operators’ screen and the Response Team will begin to arrange the appropriate help there and then.

You will be able to speak to one of the Team just as you would through a mobile phone, and the Operator will assess your situation to make the right decision on what type of help to send.

You are in excellent hands because the ERC has been established for over twenty years. Its operators look after people from all walks of life; from older or disabled people with their special needs to lone workers, or people who are subject to domestic violence who may live in fear of their lives.
