A multi-network SIM
Mindme pioneered the concept of using a multi-network SIM in a personal tracking device and now the industry has followed us.
We recommend it for people who live in areas where network coverage is flaky. If the SIM cannot connect to O2 it automatically looks for, and connects to, the strongest network available. If you have network coverage problems in your area and think you might need a multi-network SIM please contact us.
No Contract – No commitment
Once again Mindme is pioneering a new concept; you can cancel your Subscription whenever you want.
We will collect your Subscription via a Bankers’ Standing Order two weeks before the quarter end so, if you decide you don’t want to continue your Subscription cancel your Standing Order. You will still be able to use your Mindme, the website and the Emergency Response Centre until the last day of your paid-for quarter after which your Mindme and the Subscription services will cease to operate.
Value Added Tax
None of the above charges include VAT. We don't include VAT because disabled people or people with a chronic illness such as high blood pressure, arthritis, diabetes, etc, can claim VAT exemption. You do not need to be registered disabled to claim exemption but you will need to sign a declaration form. If you don’t qualify for VAT exemption please add VAT to the above costs.
Delivery
Post and packing is £10 per device. Please note that we do not dispatch your alarm in a presentation box. By using simple but suitable packing we hope we are helping the environment by reducing unnecessary waste. Your Locator will be delivered to you by Royal Mail Special Delivery.
Changing your mind
If you place an order with us either on the web, by telephone or by post then you can cancel your order any time before delivery or up to twenty eight days after you received it.
You must ensure that you return the goods and that we receive them by the date on the invoice we will send you. You must return the goods to us undamaged and complete with all the original parts. If you return the goods by post we recommend that you use Special Delivery which compensates you if it gets lost and proves that we have received it.
